This is a space to understand yourself properly, beyond the identity, expectations and narratives you’ve been carrying.
My approach encourages you to explore and unpack the layers of your “story” so you can break free from limiting beliefs and challenge the perspectives that are holding you back.

Through thought management and emotional regulation techniques, including anxiety management, you’ll learn how to work with your nature and your neurotype, instead of moulding yourself to meet idealistic expectations.

The NEGLECT System

Most people try to change without ever understanding the key areas shaping how they think, feel, and respond to life.
At the centre of this work is the NEGLECT system – a framework I’ve developed to highlight what is often overlooked, especially in neurodiverse individuals.

We take a holistic view of you by exploring the key areas that shape how you think, feel, and respond to life:
N - Nutrition
Learn how what you eat and drink affects the way you think and feel.
E - Environment
What aspects of your environment are having the most impact on you?
G - Growth
What areas of your life feel stuck or stagnant? How do you remove the blockage?
L - Lifestyle
Does your current lifestyle align with the person you’re becoming?
E - Experience
How have your past experiences shaped the way you see yourself and the world?
C - Consumption
How aware are you of the impact what you consume has on your nervous system?
T - Tendencies
What habits are holding you back and where did they come from?

How this works

We begin by exploring these areas to understand what’s shaping your worldview, your belief system and your current patterns.

Alongside this, we look at your relationship with pressure and expectations, both internal and external, so you can begin to respond with awareness rather than react automatically

Young people today face increasing pressure to meet expectations, often in environments that don't suit the way they naturally think and learn.

These coaching sessions provide a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, build confidence and develop healthier ways to navigate life's challenges without judgement.
