As men, there is often an unspoken pressure to deal with everything alone.
It can be tricky to talk about struggling as a man.

We live in a time where there is a negative stigma around openly sharing emotions and insecurities. While we are seemingly encouraged to do so, for many of us it has resulted in experiencing judgment, ridicule, abandonment, or a breakdown in trust when we’ve tried to open up.

Over time, that creates hesitation and detachment.

The strength it takes to be vulnerable is often overlooked, so it can feel easier to remain closed off and deal with things quietly. Often battling with the fact that nobody really knows us or can see what we are experiencing.

A shift in perspective

I grew up in predominantly male environments—two younger brothers, male cousins, sports teams, friendships, and male-dominated workspaces.

This shaped how I saw the world and for a long time gave me a distorted view of femininity and what it actually was. In my younger years, I believed femininity was something separate—something that only applied to women.

Through my own journey, I came to understand something that fundamentally shifted my perspective:

Masculinity and femininity are energetic qualities—they have nothing to do with gender.

A friend once said to me, "The river needs its banks.” The river represents the wild flow and power of femininity, and the banks represent the strong structure and stillness of masculinity that holds and guides.

Both elements are present in all of us.
Both have their purpose.
And both need to be balanced in order to thrive.

Each session contains the core elements of my 1:1 coaching but is tailored to support you in navigating the world from a male perspective.
